The Well Wishers: Nefli Desert Arc

A personal project of mine and a writer friend. We are very much in the beginning and these concepts are really only just a place to start. This took approximately 3 months to complete with averaging 3 hours a day of work.
I was messing around with the process in the beginning because there seemed to be so many ways to go about doing character designs. If you do things differently or have any suggestions/crit you might want to share then I would love to hear it, please! Thanks
